Similar to other nations (which you should be very familiar with)...is they build these massive bureaucratic voting power blocks...and the bulk of the Canadians who actually despise him, are basically so beaten down, they don't get organized to vote as massive blocks against that.

Yes I see by the vote map the future for Canada is hung parliaments, no government will get a majority like the U.K. Conservatives with 80+ seats

Not sure it can be fixed atm. In conjunction with the mechanics of their block voting system they have in place...the residual "Pot" vote has outmatched the majority of those who hate his guts.
