Which are? To my knowledge there have been no prison sentences handed down for not responding to the census.

However, if @jirqoadai is referring to the disbursement of federal funds, then I agree. Which is why I only fill out the Constitutional part. But I most assuredly want to be counted.
The census takers don't make a distinction about what is constitutional. They think it all is constitutional. I was asked today when the first census was taken. I responded - 1790. Back then, it was just a population count to determine representation and apportioned taxes on the states. Then the Federal Reserve Act was passed by Congress and signed by Woodrow Wilson in 1913. Income tax replaced state apportioned direct taxes based on population. Later the census questionnaire expanded to asking your household income, your race, and whatever else could be gleaned so Democrats can play divisive political games to maintain power. The census as it exists now is unconstitutional. Any patriot should tear the mailed forms up and tell the census takers who come to the door to pound sand. Not doing so is participating in a Marxist takeover of America.

@Authentic, I believe @Quark is referring to losing representation for your district and your state. For every 30,000, a state garners one more Rep.
    No counting/no Reps.

I'm aware of all this. (Lost count of the number of times I've gotten the 'long form.') I answer only the number of household members.
No one has come to nag me about it, either. Probably can't find the place.

Again, forgive my ignorance. I am under the impression, that the Constitution supersedes the federal government, in the USofA. Congress shall make no law...shall not be infringed...

These are not requests. These are directives.

Ben Franklin was quoted, "A republic, if you can keep it."

That alone (to me) says, it is the duty of every American to protect their constitutional rights. Even by force.

I saw a meme the other day, that had the government coming for someone's guns. The occupant was (presumably) armed on the other side of the door, saying, "Sure, no problem, you can start with my ammunition!"

Does the US Constitution protect the people from the government?

The consequence of not filling out the census is not having sufficient representation in the House. The Constitution says a census is necessary to appropriate representatives and monies. Now at the time appropriate monies meant how much the states were going to send to the US Treasury based on a state's population. At the time state governments paid the the US Treasury for running the Federal government much like the US pays the UN for running the UN government. Other than revenue tariffs the US Federal government had no steady source of income. After the 16th Amendment and the Federal Reserve Act of 1913 the appropriation of monies when from the Federal government to the states instead of the states to the Federal government. I don't agree with that but it is the way it is.

I only answer those questions that are constitutionally founded and what is public knowledge. All other questions I skip.

Only in theory. Today's Federal government is little different from any other fascist republic. The US Constitution means whatever our Supreme Court and Congress says it means and of course the politicians. If an individual stands up to the Pretorian Guard (police and military) they will be squashed like a cockroach.

IBM calculators were a mechanical marvel the first one to do subtraction was in 1928, The only thing was the limit of the numbers you could build on a machine you could move. Heavy was the order of the day. I never understood punch card technology, you could do the math by hand with a fractional difference cross count than you can punch the cards. I started on an IBM 360 and it took a while to do payrolls on it. It was impersonal though, all you got was a number and a tally then you punched a bunch of holes on a funny shaped card. pins went through the holes and others were blocked by the card and presto you got another piece of paper to read and act on.

The only way to put an end to the socialist in this country is to cut off the head every time it rears itself and indoctrinate the people to hate and destroy them like a plague. They are worse than a plague, because they are more deadly. Socialist governments have killed more people than any other single thing but death by "natural causes". How stupid is anyone who would invite a serial killer to dinner? That is how stupid dimshit voters are They invite Ted Bundy to dinner with the three daughters, and wonder why he killed them. Our only hope is trump removes all of the socialist holdovers from the previous dimshit administrations and remove every dimshits security clearance and ability to know ANYTHING but their own names. Removes any press persons credentials that makes any false statement or uses editing to try to promote a false narrative or asks a question that is designed to promote a false narrative. MAIN thing is have the Secretary of education completely remove any socialist propaganda or social justice racially based indoctrination and anyone who tries to teach it from ALL public schools and remove anyone, students included, who jumps up from the school!! We have four years to undo fifty years of damage. When the bell rings and the dimshits and shithole media start again WE THE PEOPLE need to be at the restaurants, stores, gas stations, schools, everywhere waiting when THEY come in to let them know THEY are not welcome and if they come back they will not leave except in a body bag. then when they come back with their little army let them make a move film it and CRUSH them LIKE a roach and let the leftist scum pick up their bodies. If they charge one, all need to descend on the DA's office drag them out and beat them into a coma. It is past time to let this shit continue. Their actions are the call to assembly.
    THERE can be only ONE!

Playing devil's advocate, none of the women Bundy killed knew that he was a serial killer, that is why he was able to con them into his vehicle. Bowman and Levy were an aberration, the only time Bundy used brute force instead of charm to lure his victim to her fate. The 13 year old girl whose murder he was executed for was a violent abduction too, but even then he portrayed a firefighter. Bundy didn't invite anyone to dinner, that was Dahmer's MO. His victims didn't know that they were on the menu.
