    Astronauts will need to wear an ostomy pouch. It's a heavy duty plastic bag that you wear outside your body to collect your stool. It's guaranteed to be the best way to collect bowel movements. They will just need to change the bag every so often, and they will have to figure out a way to connect it to their butt.

    They could go on a liquid diet for the brief period of time they will be on the moon and urine will be easier to deal with. They could start the diet before they leave earth, if necessary, so they will be all cleaned out by the time they get to the moon.
