    What's For Dinner Tonight?

I used to get some great recipe's and ideas on another forum, where they had a massive post about what people made for dinner. I'd like to start that here! Pics should accompany your recipes WHENEVER possible.

I'll start it off tonight ... until then, please join in.

Sorry but I have no idea what's for dinner. I'll know when I set down at the table.

As for me I also really don't care. I just want to be part of the food chain (like Al Bundy).

I am going to have a hamburger, or maybe two. If I remember, and I am not too hungry, I will post a photo of my marvelous creation.

P.S. I love the thread idea for what we are all having for dinner.

Don't know, my wife is cooking. And, I won't know after the food on the table what exactly it may be. I know it will be a meat, starch and green vegetable.

I admit I've grown tired of cooking lately. I generally fix a meat entree with either potatoes, rice or pasta, a green veggie and a salad, but today I pulled out a couple of H.E.B.s 'meal-simple' dinners to thaw. Today we'll have Atlantic Salmon with garlic pesto, asparagus and a mixed greens and tomato salad.

We've found these meals to be very good and more filling than the picture reveals. I read that they aren't meant to be frozen so I'm trying to use up the ones we bought and froze.

I love chicken pot pie and often bought prepared ones - but my husband does the shopping now and 'forgets' the easy stuff.... Do you make your own pastry for that Hawk?
