Yummy! I don't live near a Cracker Barrel anymore......I love their chicken fried steak.

It will be an Indian takeaway delivery meal tonight.

Last Saturday the owner delivered it in his new Volvo SUV, I’ve known him personally for well over 25 years.
He once told me he knows who the meal is for before he looks at the name and delivery address on the order.
I’ve ordered the same meal at the same time for as long as he can remember.

Tonight I'm making NY Strip Steaks, Asparagus, and Potatoes.

The steaks have been marinating overnight in olive oil and Montreal Steak Seasoning.

Should be really good.
