Tonight for dinner I had a microwave bag of vegetables, long green bean, carrots, broccoli, and those funny little yellow sweet corn thingies, of course I opened a can of beef madras with it. what a feast.

I wish my husband would say that! Lol. But he's not mean, he picks up some TV dinners for emergencies, lol. I haven't had to cook on Holidays in a couple of years and it's wonderful. My twin daughters and older granddaughters do it all and I just stay out of the way.

    Here’s the beef.

As I’m away from home during the week on this contract I make and eat my meals in the site canteen, I try to vary what I eat, rice.... vegetables, or something. The company I work for gives us money to buy food as not many food outlets are open..... and I’m working in West Sussex

Dinner? 250 gram salmon steak done with hoisin sauce on it...and...a bag of microwave veges. I've bumped all my wine nights to just Saturday, so...I had a glass of water with it but kept my eye on the shiraz sitting there!

My water is pumped from the proverbial babbling brook...with no cattle, bananas or ^&^%^& ducks upstream to ruin it. I filter it down to 5 microns through charcoal filters...and...the kitchen cold water...down to a half micron. Best drink, imaginable...especially going into home brew beer!

Instapot rocks. Made sure I got an extra inner pot and of course the silicon lids. Pop on a lid, toss it in the fridge as leftovers...and I have the other inner pot ready to go if need be.
