I tried it. Turned out quite well. I found 4 different recipes. They were about 90% the same. So I blended two of them. If I had any complaint about the meal (and we always have complaints don't we?) I would say it was a bit dry. When I make it again I might add half a cup of chicken broth to give it a bit more liquid. Also I wonder how it would turn out if you used shrimp rather than chicken.

The trick is to cook everything but the chicken first, then add the chicken the last 20 minutes or so.
