OK, ok, just trying to entice you into trying it.

I know, but for me (I am lazy) it is just too much trouble for bread which I rarely eat. Also, anything baking related rubs me wrong, since I like to cook by adding a little of this and a little of that, and that does not work with baking.

I bet you excel at baking, you seem to have a strong mind that can stay totally structured, me, not so much My mind is weak and I like to play when I cook. But, I always end up with something I like ;0

I'm not much of a baker myself so I like 'easy' things. The minute I see too many ingredients I stop reading, lol.

I don't excel at cooking but my family was happy and 'healthy' so that's what counts.

Usually the best cooks are the ones who like to 'add this and that' and are creative in their cooking. Sounds like you are!

We are having salmon patty sandwiches. My wife makes the best salmon patties ever. For us it is a treat.

I ended up cooking so late, I actually forgot to take a pic! But I made panko crusted boneless pork chops, deep fried potato cubes, and pickle slices.

Tonight my wife sent my boy staffy to wake me up, he jumped on the bed heavily, he doesn’t do anymore than that, his arrival means dinner is almost ready.
On a Friday on returning from Essex I have a 3 hour nap, I’m fatigue’d from getting up at 6am every day.

Tonight for dinner we had a Vietnamese chicken meal.

Been eating a lot of leftovers and ready made meals lately, so not much to post about. I did BBQ a couple of filet mignons and corn yesterday, but it was late and didn't have to energy to take a pic (was VERY hot and humid out). I was drained.
