The Glock 19 is still the do everything.

Nothing can top the 19’s use of G17 mags for reloads or 32rd stick mags for HD.

I really like the 48, when it was released I was ho-hum about it. Already had three 19s and a 43 didn’t see why I’d have any use for it.

Then my buddy bought one and I shot it and kept on shooting it, he was on the fence about it and I talked him into selling it to me. Now that summer is here it’s finding more time in my IWB holster then any of my other carry guns, I just love everything about that gun.

This mornings range day featured the 48 along with a RTF 17, this target shows why I like the 48 so much.

The course of fire is a 50 round combat qualification course. Ranging from 3 to 25 yards, includes failure drills, strong and support hand only shooting as well as shooting while moving. You most score 46 out of 50 to qualify, only hits in the white and second light blue ring are a go. Scored a 49/50 one no go round to the body, right hand side, just outside the go zone. Scored a 48/50 with the 17, but shot that one cold first thing out no warm up.
