@Crusader I like your watch choice.

@JMWinPR I have an analog watch in my bag with me at all times. I just don’t wear it. Habit of 40 years where I destroyed watches and risked injury by wearing them.

@Toefoot you want camping talk? Try the sports forum. Some camping gear discussions on how or what to use for bugout makes sense. But the gear used to survive would be doomsday preppers. ie tarp shelters, water purification, improvised fishing gear, fire starters and concealment techniques.

Since adulthood ever job I’ve had demanded a watch be worn as it was needed to effectively do the job, did I break a lot of them hell yeah. But thank God for G-shock, they are pretty tough. My current G-Shock is the mud-master best one yet and my citizen Navihawk is my favorite watch ever.

I have 5 or 6 broken g-shocks in my history. The only watch I will consider. My current g-shock is an analog with digital display almost exactly like the mudmaster, just a little more presentable/fancy looking for dress up.

Maybe someday I’ll get my 30 year old seiko fixed for dress. But I’m not really in the habit of wearing one so...
