JFK Jr Accident Analysis - MzeroA Flight Training

Pilots always want to improve. This has to be a primary belief by pilots. One can't be too safe. Passengers with you deserve to live. I have long understood the crash of JFK. Fact is the first few accounts had my mind made up. Spatial disorientation. The dead man's spiral. Totally befuddled while flying. JFK was a dead man flying the moment he decided to take off. If you fly, you will watch this. If you want to learn to fly, or fly as a passenger with a private pilot, you will watch this. I can spot an unsafe pilot when he checks out his airplane. He assumes things are fine so gets sloppy. Check lists are not for only students. They are there for seasoned pros too. This contains a ton of good lessons.
“Appearances to the mind are of four kinds. Things either are what they appear to be; or they neither are, nor appear to be; or they are, and do not appear to be; or they are not, and yet appear to be. Rightly to aim in all these cases is the wise man's task.” Epictetus

Excellent . The news never really reported the why it happened . He was a Kennedy and was conditioned that he never erred and like his uncle Ted ,he didn't show concern for what his actions could do to others .

Here is another fatal crash that at first may not seem obvious. This woman pilot appears to be in full control. So why did she suddenly crash killing her and her 2 passengers?

    Again, pilots want to improve.

Wrong Kennedy. Jr was not assassinated. He was a lousy pilot is the truth.

I was not aware he had broken his left ankle. He had a lot of arrogance it looks to me. And was pressured to make the flight by circumstances.

Part of my pilot training was the CFI had me fly under the hood. And he did a lot to try to confuse me. It was valuable training.

Does this apply to Mary Jo Kopechne and her "pilot" in that car in Chappaquiddick, Ted Kennedy? (Liberals hate that I was born 7 years after that "accident" and am dredging it up in 2019).

That last one sounds like the controllers may have stressed out that pilot . Too many chefs were watching the pot and way too many instructions for a novice at what seems to be a good size airport. After that much correcting the controllers should have had her circle a few times and orientate . I'm not a pilot but I believe I would have done that on my own .
