Let some trainee surgeons operate on it and hope they sneeze during the incision .

It's a male sexually abusing children. Someone should have chopped it off a long time ago.

I think it's wrong to deny her/him parole for that.

Although that "modifying her undergarments" part is really wacky, and way over the top.

It appears they're ordering the Idaho corrections department to pay for it.

I think it may be time for Cancer patients, Type I Diabetics, etc. to "sue" the government for financial aid with OUR medical issues.

Mos of us are, or, have been, Law Abiding Tax PAYERS, and we get squat.

Meanwhile, some demented freak can go rape or murder someone, and, the government wants to spend our tax money getting him a new sex organ.

OR, maybe....we start paying Politicians, Judges and State Attorneys FAR less than what they currently make, and, send THOSE "savings" off to pay for sex changes for criminal elements.

Also....now would be a good time for a "Tax Revolt" in Idaho.

Sooner or later, that is what Law-Abiding, Tax Paying PRODUCTIVE citizens are going to have to do: Just tell politicians and Attorneys that they are not getting any more of our money, as long as they keep being such fucking idiots.......

EVEN better, would be if Idaho simply said "No. We do not recognize the authority of the 9th circuit....."

Yep, that's true. I've never been to Idaho, I can find it on a map and have eaten their potatoes. Even so, I'm certain Idaho Dept of Corrections is taxpayer funded

It's established precedent that state courts and law enforcement have to defer to federal courts.

Otherwise you'd have anarchy (or open rebellion). Courts impose orders through an implied threat to have the subject arrested if they do not follow the orders. (A lot of people do not realize this but courts do have the legal power to have people arrested even if they did not actually break laws)
