    That's a great suggestion. If you slice them down the middle lengthwise, then you will have a flat surface to put on the bread, instead of having them roll off onto the floor like they do sometimes.

    'specially round my house with all the hair from the Puerto Ricans head ya know. You pick up a vianna sausage from the floor, blow off the big chunks of hair and the rest go down pretty easy.

    Now if ya want no hair vianna sausage, you gotta rinse them off under the zink.


    The other day I was havin' a smoked sausage sandwich and a chunk of that sweet heaven fell on to the carpet under the computer desk. I picked it up, saw all the hair and it reminded me of cat toy. I just shoved that piece o sausage back between the bun and went for it. You can always pick out da hairs from your teefus later.

    I like to roll them up in biscuit dough and bake them.

    My youngest nephew, since he was 7(12 now), requires I maintain a good supply of "stand-up steaks" in his condo deer stand.
