This Pharmacy Worker Needs to Get 25 Years in Prison for !st Degree Manslaughter!!!!

The Motherf**ker that denied this girl life deserved the most hideous death I can think up!!!!!

I lack the words to convey how thoroughly PISSED OFF I am at this, and how much I thoroughly HATE the creep that denied this poor girl a life-giving shot:

It's NOT a 'tragedy', it's a criminal act, and its perpetrator need to be severely PUNISHED!!!!!

I would've given her the shot, but what if she died after he gave her the shot and the parents weaseled it into a lawsuit. That's the dilemma we deal with here under hammurabi's lawcode.

Mom knew the little girl was allergic to peanuts. Why didn't she have the Epi-pen with her? The pharmacy cannot give a drug without a presciption. I kinda see both sides.

It is most certainly not a criminal act, although I'm not familiar with Irish law. I am familiar with the penchant for leftists to declare anything they wish an illegal act without the nicety of a law being passed by a legislative body.

I am glad you weren't so overcome with emotion that it interfered with your decorating your post with emoticons and put the word hate in large, bright red letters.

That would be a hard thing for the parents since they're the ones begging for the shot! I see no basis for a lawsuit in that scenario.

Dispensing a controlled substance sans proper scipt could land the pharmacist in the slammer.
