The most effective way to destroy Russia is to wreak havoc, destroy the legal system, utter destruction of the economy and divide the citizenry to the point that everyone is at each others throat and to achieve this just send the left there.

This is absolutely true.

The worst case scenario is he's replaced by Nikolai Patrushev, head of the GRU, because he is Putin 2.0. Theres others, but they are less likely to continue the war, the lead here is Dmitry Kovalev, ex volleyball player turned Administrator, and with no military background at all.
