Shamima Begum (https://www.itv.com/news/topic/shamima-begum) is set to discover whether she has won a Court of Appeal challenge over the removal of her British citizenship.
Ms Begum travelled to Syria (https://www.itv.com/news/topic/syria)in 2015, at 15-years-old, before her citizenship was revoked on national security grounds shortly after she was found in a Syrian refugee camp in February 2019.
Last year, the now 24-year-old lost a challenge against the decision at the Special Immigration Appeals Commission (SIAC).
Ms Begum’s lawyers brought a bid to overturn that decision at the Court of Appeal, with the Home Office opposing the challenge.
Three appeal judges are due to give their ruling on Ms Begum’s appeal on Friday.

At a hearing in October, Samantha Knights KC told the court the government had failed to consider the legal duties owed to Ms Begum as a potential victim of trafficking or as a result of “state failures” in her case

The news item just says it will give ruling on Friday (today?)

It's improbable these three judges will rule against the government. She won't ever get her citizenship back.

Deprivation decision was not unlawful
In her ruling, the Chief Justice has said it could be argued the decision in Begum's case is "harsh" and it could be argued Begum is "the author of her own misfortune".
"But it is not for this court to agree, or disagree with either point of view," she says.
"Our only task is to assess if the deprivation decision was unlawful. We have concluded it was not, and the appeal is dismissed."

Good. Not one of those females or their kids should ever set foot in Britain, or Europe or Australia again...ever. Unfortunately, the stupid Australian government let some of those bitches back into Australia a couple of years ago.
