UK Announces Review of ‘Extremist’ Diversity and Inclusion Programmes in Military




The United Kingdom will conduct a “root and branch” review of the “extremist culture” of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion policies that have crept into the nation’s armed forces amid the growing threat of war and fledgling recruiting numbers, Defence Secretary Grant Shapps has announced.

Following a report that the British Army was planning on lowering standards for security checks to boost diversity in its ranks by increasing overseas recruitment, Grant Shapps spoke with senior military leadership to express his concerns over the “woke” agenda being pushed within his own department and announced a full-scale review of DEI policies within the Armed Forces.

The Defence Secretary said: “Time and resources are being squandered to promote a political agenda which is pitting individuals against each other, when what we need is a common set of values which delivers the military we need to defend us and our allies.

I had a trainee a while ago he was forever on his mobile phone. We only take on adults now, 18 and over, even up to the age of 25. This young trainee didn't understand my mentality, when I asked him politely to not use his phone he answered "it's called a mobile phone for a reason, you can use it anywhere" then he ignored me.

He put his phone away and I put this to him "if you use that phone again I'll do something you won't like!"

He looked at me and said "like what?"

He took out his phone and started texting, he was trying it on and I knew it.

Then I said "Oi, knob head, get your self in my van, you can use your phone all day, but you won't be working with me, tonight I'll drop you off and you will never work with me again"

He looked at me as if I wasn't being serious, then I took out my "Precious" and phoned my boss, explaining what I was about to do.

The little fucker was quiet all the drive back to his house, his father may have not given him boundaries but I bloody fucking did.

I've never been in the armed forces but if i had I'd want to have the guys around me that I could rely on.Not some pansy complaining about dirt and loud bangs.
