Agreed.
I know that could be misused. But you have to draw the line someplace. Someone here said one should own property. I don't. I rent. I don't want to own. Too much trouble. And if the marxist take over, property owners wont be property owners for long. The fucking government is killing me with taxes as I withdraw from my 401k. I paid - and pay - into the system and worked for 50 years. So excuse me but I'd rather have a different requirement... maybe one that in today's world correlates with ability to analyze and understand facts. Obtaining an ID would certainly be a low threshold but is better than none at all.

Wish we could do that here. The only voters denied access to voting booths are Republicans. Democrats can vote, Illegal immigrants can vote, criminals can vote but not Republicans and if you are a White Christian Republican you are double scum of the earth.

Exactly. And if a person isn't dedicated enough to go to the polling station on election day then maybe they shouldn't vote.

It doesn't take online activity. How much work is it to go to the DMV and get a new drivers license. Or go to the county or city admin office and get a state ID.

Sorry but if someone doesn't think its important enough to get a photo ID so they can ensure election integrity then maybe they should not vote.

Anybody can apply for get a government plastic picture ID. There is no excuse for not having proper ID in this country.

The ordinary beat Bobby has no firearms. If there was a weapon situation calls would be made to the specialised weapon police, these are called SO9.

The reason we have so much violent crime is because politicians refuse to keep them in prison when caught and ignore the mentally ill. Other that that crime would be low here. I've only had to shoot 4 criminals. Not that many really. :)

Every kind of crazy happens in North America. My guess is that so many people are criminals the police want to check out everyone they stop. You really do have to "live among us" to know. The hell holes you read about are gun control cities run by Democrats. Areas run by Republicans and where everybody is armed to the teeth are relatively peaceful.

All gun control zones are war zones and all non-gun control zones are relatively peaceful and minimum crime. Sure Montana where I live has some serious crime mostly because of the illegal immigrants and fentanyl but compared to a place like say Seattle or Chicago both gun free/control zones we are pretty safe and that's because Montanans carry just about every where and are heavily armed. Oh and Montana is not a heavily policed state either.

Uk is a world of it's own with an old world view of modern governmnet. Funnty that the culture is the thing.

A black man in Uk that has been there for a while is very likely to speak just as a white man in UK and so is any nationality out and about.

Not to say they are not multilingual because most citizens of european countries do speak multiple languages.

The culture seems mostly English. BUT I have read the foreign forces are trying to make it like this country a mess of unconnected and confrontational sects.

When that happens I wonder who will get to vote.

Seems like it has begun to tear france apart already.

No guns in a country means the people are already controlled by government and have no recourse.

Unlike America we have high standards for gas installation. Only highly skilled operatives achieve gas safe status.
Commercial or industrial gas installation needs regulation……and gas safe certification.

Let me tell you my find feather friend, until the damn Democrats took over, we were the most highly advance civilization in the world. We have so many regulations you damn near can't take a dump without violating local, county, state, and federal laws on how to dump and what toilet paper to use.

You can get a Voter ID by walking to the Town hall, and they will give you one free. Absolutely no reason anyone cant get one.

What this may do is put a curb on the voter fraud we see in the old northern mill towns.

You might want to reconsider flashing that about.
I see gas fitters in Jollye Aulde have been breaking into people's homes to install pre-pay gas meters on the lines of those struggling to pay:

The Times found debt agents working for British Gas expressed excitement at putting these meters in the homes of vulnerable people behind on bills.
After establishing the property was unoccupied, the reporter observed the agents work with a locksmith to force their way in and install a prepayment meter.

See the problem they have is that to get one they'd have to fly back from pakistan where they live to get it, then fly over on polling day to vote, which ofc rather inconveniences them.......

The people most likely to be unable to vote are bottom dwelling lefties and pakis or bangladeshis who run the postal vote swindle, which, btw has also been killed off because the conditions under which you can now get a postal vote is tighter than a ducks ass.
