No. Not really. At least not in the way the media is portraying the Colorado caucus/primary. You think the Colorado voters didn't vote? Think again!

As you can see real voters turned out to vote in March 2016. This was on the same day as the democratic caucus but you only heard about the dem caucus not the repub caucus in March. Why? Because the dem caucus chose candidates while the republican caucus chose delegates. And in that caucus it was clear which delegates would vote for which candidate at the convention.

Why did Colorado choose back in August 2015 to do it this way? Because primaries are expensive and CO GOP (not that I am a republican) wants to save money for the state level campaigns. Are state level campaigns really that important? Hell yes, if you're in Colorado! Remember, this is the state that legalized marijuana and outlawed high capacity magazines and has been the focus of Progressive campaign money from Bloomberg et al.

Amazon.com: The Blueprint: How the Democrats Won Colorado (and Why Republicans Everywhere Should Care) eBook: Rob Witwer, Adam Schrager: Kindle Store

Conservatives (GOP and Tea Partiers) need to circle the wagons, lock arms, and take care of our local politics! So it's highly understandable how local GOP would want to save money for those campaigns.

It's also highly understandable how Trump and the media would want to capitalize on this and bitch about how the Colorado vote was "suppressed." Bullshit! Colorado voters. . .VOTED! They caucused back in March! Everybody including Trump knew about this! Everybody who cared to research it knew that the caucus was choosing delegates (not candidates) and the voters then, back in March, and now were solidly pro-Cruz! So let us not be surprised that the delegates turned out to be pro-Cruz!

The dems showed up in droves. The repubs, not so much.

    From my sister:
At Arvada West the night of the caucus, the halls were filled wall to wall with people. The parking lot was FULL and parking spilled over into the surrounding businesses and neighborhood, in the dark of night. The hallways were jammed, but the classrooms and auditorium also had people in them already. The building was PACKED. Along one wall of all the wide walking spaces and halls was one, single file, trickling line of people going the opposite direction of the masses. It could have been intimidating, but the masses were so happy and raucous, they didn’t pay much attention to the few going the other direction. The masses were for Bernie (and some for Hilary), and the trickling single file line was for ‘Republicans’.

And so KNOWING this Trump and Kaisich declined to campaign in Colorado for delegates. Oh well! That's what ya get for not campaigning.

But let it not be said, EVER, that Colorado Republican voters didn't get a chance to vote in the primary/caucus season!
Ok so what were the vote totals? It is statistically impossible for one candidate to win every single vote that was cast. Unless of course the trump delegates were omitted from the ballot during the applicant selection process.

My call??? Mr Trump is way too slick to have done anything other than "lose Colorado" and watch Ted Cruz and the GOP self-destruct over it.

I think it was Rush I heard say last week that the CO GOP did this to shoo in a state candidate.
