I believe its all about where the rich makes more money, on left wing or the Right wing. Thats where their money might go.

I also believe hollywood stars etc there, may talk liberalese but may vote the other way in the booth, to maintain their status an income

I've always wondered why the rich and famous support Democrats/New Labour. It must be an overwhelming shame.

As you all know I come from a working class poor family upbringing, to vote Democrat/Labour would be out of the question.

My vote has always been with the Tory/Republican party, but the political scenery has changed, it's a totally different voting game here in the U.K. now Tories are an unfit political party, they do not deserve a vote.
    Vote Reform U.K.

Some great replies here but they all dance around the real fire...

The answer to the OP is: The Cult of Cool!

They never got out of High School. They want to be one of the cool kids, and no cost (to others or their souls) is too high.

They don't care that they hurt the uncool, in fact, that makes them cooler.

They produce nothing (Not even Google), they make no real value, they are monetary and information sinks. I recognized it in high school, and throughout my career. Pugilistically I whooped ass on about a dozen of them in high school, and in my career I just took to making them look like the fools they are in front of the people that gave them funding...

It is that simple, and why Cancel Culture works so well.
Bud Light was just an icon, then not.
Oliver Anthony dominated country music for a month, out of nowhere, because he actually created a stunningly great song. But he did not take the cool kid contract, thus still not cool.
Blue collar, mining, energy production, manufacturing... are not cool, thus need to be done elsewhere, out of sight.

It is all REALLY that simple.
    Who made Who!?

Just an antidotal observation, there does appear to be a lot of jobs openings. Maybe not engineers or doctors but none the less there seems to be a shortage. One side says it is because there are not enough workers, the other says that Americans no longer wish to work. I honestly don't know anyone that fits the latter.

GOOD engineers, doctors, pilots and professionals are also in demand. What isn't in demand are those who Did Not Earn it.

    Do you understand basic economics?
Why is the West in decline?
The Left's globalist totalitarian cult of secular humanism and socialism.
