So, it is just a tax on the "rich?" Let's say you are a undocumented immigrant just stepping onto the shore in Florida. I'll bet money that the US middle class looks pretty damn rich. That has to be what democrats see when they eye taking more money from the Rich and Famous along with the not so rich and famous.
