    Are The Courts Insane?

You have probably heard of the law Texas passed called SB4. Which gave them the right to arrest and deport illegals. The Supreme Court decided that that law could be implemented. But then the law was stopped again by the 5th circuit court of appeals. My question is how a lower court can put a stop to something that the Supreme Court gave the ok to. That is insane. Also, seeing how it was the 5th circuit court of appeals, does that mean that there is some sort of appeal to the law in the works? If so, if they are worthy enough, any appeals will eventually end up at the Supreme Court. Do they think the Supreme Court is going to reverse the decision they've already made? That seems pretty insane to me too.

The 5th Court of Appeals is wrong as it has already been decided.

    .
We have a more state-verse mandate:

'You're not from Wisconsin are you?

So please, you Illinois scum [easily recognized from their more urban numberplates], please obey the speed limits!'.

I apologize to the vehiculararily capable counties of Illinois..

I tried to figure it out a few days ago. It has something to do with technical difference between an "administrative stay" and a "stay pending appeal". Can't tell you more that that.

Whatever the case is, it sounds like a load of BS to me.
