Some cultural leaders might have wasted the Easter season by merely sharing the gospel, praying, urging people to read the bible, or perhaps pointing them toward the many, MANY places that will give people Bibles for free.

Trump knows! He's better than the rest. I can't think of even ONE former president who was clever enough to try selling specially endorsed Bibles to his supporters on Easter. They would have just whined about "sacrilege" and "exploiting religion" and "mixing religion and politics", and blah, blah, blah....

NEW YORK (AP) — Former President Donald Trump is now selling Bibles as he runs to return to the White House.
Trump, who became the presumptive Republican nominee earlier this month, released a video on his Truth Social platform on Tuesday urging his supporters to buy the “God Bless the USA Bible,” which is inspired by country singer Lee Greenwood’s patriotic ballad. Trump takes the stage to the song at each of his rallies and has appeared with Greenwood at events.
“Happy Holy Week! Let’s Make America Pray Again. As we lead into Good Friday and Easter, I encourage you to get a copy of the God Bless the USA Bible,” Trump wrote, directing his supporters to a website selling the book for $59.99.

If your curious how Trump is making money here (because I was) it's via a paid license for his name, likeness, endorsement, and [one assumes] for the commercial itself.

It's the exact same way he made money off selling sneakers, and vodka, and steaks. Only this time the product he's trying to profit from is Holy Scripture.

We recently bought a decent Bible for our son that was about $40. So, Trump gets a net donation of about $20-30. It's an interesting way to get donations. Of course, the commies are going to hate it because they worship the ever-growing tyrannical government and want to force everyone else to do so as well.

I don't see what the fuss is about, it is actually a good price, if it is similar to the one, he is holding in that 4-year-old photo then it is a very good Bible, and it contains the following:

Trump is clearly making clear he is a lover of the Republic while AP who dishonestly implies, he is selling stuff to cover his legal bills when he just added at least $1 BILLION to his wealth recently isn't in any financial distress and will get back over $250 million in bonds when his inevitable appeals success comes along.


It is smart to buy a high-quality Bible that can be handed down to later generations as I have the 1869 and 1940 Bibles which I keep despite that I am not religious cheap paperback style is a bad idea and an insult too.
