U.S. Humanitarian Aid for Syria Crisis Now Nearly $200 Million
The United States is giving
an additional $30 million to help aid those affected by the Syria crisis, the State Department announced today. This means
total U.S. assistance to help with this crisis is now nearly $200 million.
"Today Secretary Clinton announced that the United States is providing $30 million in additional humanitarian assistance to help those affected by the conflict in Syria," the State Department spokesman says in a statement.
