Well, you're gonna EAT FISH, prole! Eating fish is good for Climate Change. Meat is bad for you. Cows fart. Steaks use more electrodes to cook, and generate more heat.

Fish do not. Especially when you eat fish raw, like the Japanese. EAT YOUR FISH, GODDAMMITTOHELL, you White-Privilege cisgendered ray-cyst!

Ahh, a hamburger. As far as I know, and I could be wrong, Americans don't know how to make real hamburgers. I like a burger with the lot...everything except beetroot...so, meat, lettuce, tomato, cheese, pineapple, bacon, egg, onion. Burgers usually have beetroot too, but I don't like beetroot. Oh, and barbeque sauce. Now THAT'S a hamburger.

i'll take good fish any way you cook it. love the battered and fried but also the blackened or seared in the pan. it has to be a salt water fish. cooked is the key word .. especially shell fish. but i will eat a lettuce, tomato, cheese, bacon, egg, onion, mayo and dill pickle medium rare burger.

Well. I am going to guess that you are not American. I don't know where you live, but if where you are hamburgers usually have beetroot, then you people are the ones that don't know how to make a real hamburger, oh and pineapple, on a burger?

Americans cook and consume over 50 billion hamburgers per year. We are the masters of hamburgers, to suggest that we do not know how to make hamburgers is absurd.

Once again, what the hell kind of hamburgers are you making in your country that includes beetroot or pineapple as part of the mix?

And, America First! Without America, you have no computers, cars, planes, internet and so forth

I am never gonna tell anyone what to put on a burger, or what NOT to put on a burger.
That said, a burger with too much stuff on it, is difficult to eat. I like to keep it rather simple. Simple does not mean flavorless.
For example, I like a Medium burger(slightly pink, but not red)Mayo on the bottom bun, ALWAYS(keeps the grease out of the bun), mustard, beef patty(anything over 80/20 What's the point)American Cheese(REAL cheese)Topped with hot Pastrami.
Or, Grilled Burger, with Gruyere, Mushroom beschamel, and crispy fried onion rings on the burger, Double Fried French Fries.
Or, my Carolina Classic with Cheddar, Chili w/beans, onions served with Cheesy Fries and Carolina Red Slaw.

    Just me, folks.

    Now, a few tricks.
If you, or someone you care about, likes theirs well done, form the patty around a small pat of butter. When the interior of the beef cooks, it melts the butter, keeping the patty juicy and delicious, while being cooked all the way through.

Grill your burger patties with a "thumb dent" pressed in the top of the patty. Keeps it from swelling in the middle keeping the patties flat.

Do not salt your patties until you are ready to start grilling. Salt draws out moisture. Use a bit more salt than you think. It is a thick piece of meat.
