What the heck is this gibberish ???

You are writing about a man who had a tremendous vision, to found Disneyland in California and Disney World in Florida. In addition to Disney World, he wanted visitors to see what the future held, and he envisioned and planned Epcot Center, later revised to just Epcot. A city of the future to compliment has magnificent amusement park, which along with movies, cartoons and characters, has brought joy, laughter and life time memories to millions of children.

If you want to pee all over a thread start your own goddamn one and see how many people respond to you. The purpose of the thread was to show what a visionary Walt Disney was, an amazing entrepreneur who built a land of joy, happiness and fun.

Disney may be expensive, but millions of families gladly pay the fare for the entertainment they receive, crowds are always huge at Disney World year round. In addition, Disney representatives are the most sought after customer and guest service personnel in America. Their training methods are absolutely sensational. What two of their training representatives can do for any facility with a large staff, in just one 5-6 hour session is amazing. I know, have been through it four times in 20-years.

In addition, apparently those who thanked the post saw the gist of it, that media and reporters are the same whether they are some dummy from the Kissimmee, Florida newspaper peeing on the opening of Epcot Center, and getting put in his place, or a Jim Acosta fuming and fussing trying to make himself relevant by criticizing and challenging the President of the United States, a man whose intellect is miles above his. He asked the question and got put in his place by Disney. Heck, every Baby Boomer on this site grew up on Walt Disney and the Mickey Mouse Club on television.

When you find someone or something anywhere that can emulate Disney's vision and accomplishment, post it up, because you are EXACTLY like the smart azzed reporter, always negative, no vision, reporting on other peoples accomplishments.

    Stan

Whatever, it didn't show up in the US until 1949, and it was the mid-1950's when it hit the universities, and it had nothing to do with Walt Disney or the making of a 1940's animated cartoon.

Indeed. My children and grandchildren loved his company's work, and his parks.

There was no 1960's remake; it's the 1940 version as far as I can find. Anybody who tries to remake that film will fail and screw it up.
