    The Glock Gadget

Don't Glock Yourself: The Striker Control Device

I think the solution is keeping your finger off the trigger until you are on target and not holstering until
you are able to check the holster for obstructions.

Your brain is the best safety in the world, unfortunately too many fail to activate it.

This is a real problem. I carry IWB toward my back and cannot see the holster. I have to re-holster by feel, and I don't just move my finger off the trigger leaving the trigger guard open (I adjust the glock in my hand so I cover the trigger guard) and reholster because something might get inside the trigger guard and cause an accidental discharge. I also lean so the barrel isnt pointing at me (or at least as little as possible).

Reholstering while sitting in a car is a bigger problem with a glock and IWB.

I've gone years carrying a glock IWB without any incident, I shoot multiple times a week and reholstering multiple times each session, but reholstering still bothers me. In a way thats good because it makes me pay close attention when I reholster, but thats not a real solution.

You can have both training and a hardware solution.
