Is my 4G "SLOW" or Do I need 2 "Invest" in Faster Phone

I just checked my Data Usage counter ..

At just over 7 on a 10gigabyte allotment..

Past that 10 they "tether" ya back to 2g and it will take alnost 1/2 an hour to check your EMAIL..

That said my plan has "Carry-Over" so what ya dont USE is allotoed plus 10gigs next month..

    So what do ya think

My plan gets 1.5Gb every 26 days but it costs me about $7.50 for the 26 days. I have 66 WiFi networks saved in my phone so I rarely turn on my data. Almost everywhere I go has free WiFi available. WiFi works for me.

I also play no games, do no social media, listen to no music watch no movies, and don't do music videos. I just checked. In six days I've used 19Mb of data. It's off and if I actually need it I pull down notifications and turn on the data. That's with Android, of course.

I'd probably go to a forum dealing with Android phones, perhaps the specific phone you have, and ask the question there instead of on what's said to be a political forum.

5G works in the same frequency as brain waves. The world needs to reject 5G and any who promote it as the future.

    Problems associated with 5G:

    • More cancer
    • Immune system disruption
    • Disruption of metabolism
    • Neurological disruptions
    • Danger to animals
    • Danger to plants
    • Increased sweating
    • Dangerous to small body weight, insects and kids

I ask, sir, what is the militia? It is the whole people. To disarm the people is the best and most effectual way to enslave them. — George Mason, during Virginia’s Convention to Ratify the Constitution (1788)

All LTE modems should be of the same capabilities, so a new phone shouldn’t make a difference. I don’t know what provider you have, but I’ve found that with Verizon in some areas service is just slow, even with LTE. I’m pretty sure this is because of too many customers on the system and they don’t want to expand the LTE service because they are getting ready to roll out 5g. I have Verizon unlimited. But it’s just the basic unlimited. It’s not the unlimited unlimited plan. Or the unlimited ultra whatever they call it. I partially suspect they are giving preferential treatment to the people paying for the extra unlimited plans in an attempt to get people to upgrade another $10 a month.

yeah, not even close. Brainwaves are from 3 to 38Hz. 5g is from 3Khz to 300Ghz. Also, 5g is very reflective and the RF signal won’t even penetrate skin

The data antenna is still referred to as a modem. And a new phone isn’t going to change the speeds that you are getting unless your current phone is damaged. The data modems are all running the same technology.
