You are correct. It is exactly $100.70 by the BLS - DoL.

I like it too; but what we have, is no longer "real money." Hasn't been since 1971, but it took a long time for it to sink in and then start sinking.

Real money is gold. Gold isn't rising in value; it's holding value. The dollar is falling in value.

A hundred and fifty years ago, an ounce of gold could buy you a quality suit. Today, it will buy you a quality suit.

A hundred years ago, two ounces of gold a month ($40) was a good monthly salary. Today it still is ($3000).

Gold will save your wealth. The dollar, which is based on nothing, will not.

I don't understand debit cards. Sure I get how they work but I don't get why anyone would use one. If you don't carry cash because you tend to spend it a debit card won't stop you from spending. The money comes right out of your account so you can't spend it before you make it. If someone steals you debit card info they can drain your whole account. And you have a lot of receipts that you have to track. To me a credit card is better in every way.

The point is, to get the kids to do it automatically. Without thinking.

Make it into an ingrained habit.

The point of PROMOTING it, is, it will be easier, once most people are on it, to go to where the Federal Reserve (the US's Central Bank) wants to go. NEGATIVE interest rates. You PAY the bank to handle your money.

With cash, obviously, people would just put money in the cookie jar. The aim is to either ban or drastically-restrict cash use.

The only way to do THAT, is to first get people sold on the "convenience" of e-money. Then to have them do it without thinking.

There's a secondary benefit to this E-Money lifestyle. When your masters in Government decide you're inconvenient, as in, they don't like what you're saying or doing...they can then just turn you off, and starve you out. You repent and retract, or you have NO MONEY.

I've noticed that in some cases, when you use your debt card as a credit card, sometimes it take a couple of days to come out of your account. Where as using the debt card, as a debt card, it's always instant.
