Why change in 2020? Many of us believe Trump feeds his own trolls. And they plan to keep it up even though we voters will bear the burden of why elect a man who loves the full head on attack. Pence hits me as happy with the current course. Notice the media is not beating up on Pence We would know he would do as Trump does leaving out the troll bait.

I truly think Trump is excellent except for his mouth.

Still I am super pleased at the vast number wanting Trump to win in 2020. I assure all of you I am there too.
His mouth polarizes people - but for all those who really, really HATE him for his mouth, an equal or greater number love him for it.

I'm ambiguous, but I do admit it's refreshing to know where he stands. Instead of the political mush the lifers like Michael Dukakis offered, regularly. Or instead of the class-warfare boilerplate the current Democrazies offer.

I was a Cruz supporter and I still have immense respect for him - a combination of brains, education and wit. But this isn't a war of slinging barbs anymore - this is smashmouth. I don't think Cruse, or Rick Perry, or the Huckster, or ANY of them could have endured what the mediuh have been shoveling at Trump.

And it's not BECAUSE of Trump. W got much the same, not as ugly but that's just Behavioral Sink. They're getting more feral more simian. Whoever the next R is, it will be all the uglier.

I know that the media would work hard to also attack Pence. Pence is a damned good VP and hopefully will improve on Trump as president. We need to shut the media down by excellent presidents not have to daily defend things said by one of ours merely because he is an R.
I'm sick of the tevee nooze shows, too.

That's not Trump's fault. It's the fault of the Fake Nooze programs.

Here's how I deal with it: I turned them off. Off they stay - I no longer have a television, even.

WHOEVER is in the office, who's not of the Media Marxist Party, will be abused EXACTLY this way.

A president that lowered taxes and regulations, getting out of the way so business could prosper and provide jobs. A president that has reestablished respect for the USA.

NO president in your young life has done half as much for YOU and your country.

And for no logical, no sensible reason, you wouldn't vote for him.

Do you realize, even a little bit, how dumb that is?
the cult followers of the Democommie party don't care how stupid it makes them look. Their masters say: don't vote for Trump and they will cut their own throats (and the rest of their fellow American citizens) in order to follow orders. brainwashed fools.

Sometimes the man doesn't grow into the office. That's true of high-school quarterbacks who fail in college or the pros; and its true of politicians in smaller venues who don't do so well in Washington. I could point out George W Bush, also - who had TREMENDOUS respect as Governor of Texas. As President, he was only a bit above mediocre, and when things got REAL, as in the Housing Meltdown, he folded like a Kmart tent.

So, to the question: Nominate Pence, and see a Demosocialist win. That's how it will be, in a year. Five years from now, perhaps his chances, or Cruz' chances, or any other decent Republican's chance, will be better.
I won't predict what Pence would do today but do totally reject the claims made against GW Bush. Bush took virtually instant action to solve the economic crisis and only the media/democrats tried to show he did nothing. And he truly saved over a hundred thousand lives during and after Katrina.

The action wasn't instant. It was four months between the time the economy started wobbling, to where the RINO Alt-Left presented Bush with a planned course. And Bush, who respected conservatives, was not himself conservative.

He reverted to his Comfort Zone - economic manipulation, liberal style. This after his 2002 tax cuts pulled the economy out of the previous brief recession and 9-11 panic.

Bush, at core, had no principles. He wasn't a conservative, but he played one in the Oval Office, for a time.

Teeny bopper? I was going on 21 when I joined this place. Not a teen.

You say I haven’t changed in my political perspective. When I first joined I considered myself a communist. I even distinctly remember a conversation with @Trinnity about that early on. At the time I even had a dog, now passed, named Trotsky. Also at the time I had never voted and only really cared about one or two political issues. Since then I voted for the first time this past election. I don’t consider myself a communist anymore in fact I have a lot of libertarian points of view now and my boyfriend opened his own business in the last year so I’m clearly not anti-capitalism. I’m still a staunch support of equal rights and LGBTQIA+ issues and that won’t change. I used to be anti-military and although I still oppose war and our foreign policy I respect the people who serve. I also used to be anti-religion when I first joined but in the last couple of years being with my boyfriend I have softened on that and actually appreciate the teachings of Jesus.

As for my finances they have changed over the years. When I first joined I was only a couple years out of high school having moved to Florida from Seattle with my then boyfriend without a job and without a degree. I’ve acknowledged on here before that I made bad life choices. I was making shit for money working at a coffee shop, I took the bus to work, I bought a shitty car that broke down a lot and that relationship didn’t work out and so it sucked and I was having hard times. In fact I even vented about that car years ago on here. Since then I’ve bounced around to a few different jobs including another coffee shop, some retail stores, a botched food truck side job opportunity, a surfing store which I enjoyed and was making decent money at, and now with my boyfriends bar where I’ll help out and now my new job that I’ve had for a few months now working for a small good company with a good brand making the best money I’ve made so far. You don’t know anything about me yet you talk like you do.

you stupidly say I haven’t changed physically over the years yet I obviously have, although I’m not sure how much someone should literally age in five years in their twenties. I’ve had pink hair, blonde hair, blue hair, brown hair, long hair, short hair since I’ve been posting here. I didn’t have glasses when I first joined but now I do. Once I get home from work today I’ll even show you pictures of me when I first joined and a picture of me today. I have changed physically. Yet another stupid opinion on your point and more fact that you don’t know shit about it.

the irony is that people like you and many others here have not changed much either in your perspective over the years yet you seem to focus on me. You’ll probably even say that I’m making this topic about me yet it’s you that made it personal about me. Which is typical.

I actually like several people here and do actually enjoy posting here at times. @Daily Bread is a nice guy and I actually respect what he says. I may not agree or show it but I do actually read what a lot of what you guys say. @Iron always gives me a hard time and we disagree on a lot but I don’t mind him. @Trinnity and @Calypso Jones used to always give me infractions for my behavior but I’m pretty sure I haven’t had an infraction in years and I don’t clash with them nearly as much as I used to. So I’ve obviously matured since my early days on here. I was genuinely sad for @Rita Marley when I heard about her husband. We don’t get along or agree on most anything but I don’t wish anything bad on anybody here. I may not always show it but it’s there. Again, you’re ignorant of everything about me.
I appreciate you mentioning me. Its always interesting hearing how life experiences make people evolve. Great post.

If you don't practice...you'll sound like it. And, if you don't tune, your life will sound like it, too. Listen to the intervals. That's where it all hides from you.....
