this would explain lots. Government mandated. Plus teachers doing their dumbing down and you have a class of citizens who can't do a thing without the government leading them by the nose.
Any news article with the words may, might, could, is thought to, has been reported, suggests, or similar "weasel" words is more often than not fake news and should be filed away and not spread.

I think the Democrat Party, teachers' unions, and socialist policies can adequately explain low IQ.

Study suggests fluoride in water MAY harm IQ of children
There's a reason for so called "weasel" words in health science. Health science is not a "hard" science like math. For example, no one would ever say that 2 + 2 may equal 4. It does equal 4 and will always equal exactly 4.

Health science by its very nature can't be that precise because it often deals with risks, exposures, off-sets, different lifestyles and immune systems.

For example: No two people will be affected the same by smoking cigarettes. But statistics show that smokers in the U.S. have a higher rate of heart and lung disease than non-smokers.

Thus the saying: "Smoking MAY cause heart and lung disease."

I have always disliked the decision to put fluoride in our water. SO. my kids have always had well water. I wonder if that accounts for the fact that my kids are conservatives. EVERY last one. ANd friends who raised their kids in the country....they're conservatives too. Think about it. Fluoride in big cities...they vote democrat. You get out in the country, they vote conservative. I have friends out of Pennsylvania who had fluoride as kids. They have lived down here for 30/40 years and they are now conservatives. Makes you wonder.

There is no American free press. They're bought and paid for.

The Devil whispered in Trump's ear and said, 'You're not strong enough to withstand the storm". President Trump whispered back, "i am The Storm"!

Country folks are also more likely to eat their own freshly grown vegetables, fresh eggs etc., and breathe fresh air. They work hard, have less stress and sleep better.
