I can’t believe I have to explain this to a female, but human biology is complex. It’s not uncommon for new mothers milk to be slow coming in after their baby is born. I believe c-sections can increase this problem because the body doesn’t get to go through the entire natural process that triggers production. So they may not produce enough on their own for what their baby needs. I know of one mother where this was the case. Then, when her baby was about a week old, she was in a car accident. Nothing major, but someone rear ended her. The stress and trauma caused her milk production to stop almost immediately. She had to go to just formula. And another situation of a woman had twins and she couldn’t produce enough milk to nurse both babies and had to use formula. Those are just a few examples
