I can’t believe I have to explain this to a female, but human biology is complex. It’s not uncommon for new mothers milk to be slow coming in after their baby is born. I believe c-sections can increase this problem because the body doesn’t get to go through the entire natural process that triggers production. So they may not produce enough on their own for what their baby needs. I know of one mother where this was the case. Then, when her baby was about a week old, she was in a car accident. Nothing major, but someone rear ended her. The stress and trauma caused her milk production to stop almost immediately. She had to go to just formula. And another situation of a woman had twins and she couldn’t produce enough milk to nurse both babies and had to use formula. Those are just a few examples

We aren't dealing with honest people here as the article clearly shows. They manipulate the seal themselves, defraud the government and Wal-Mart.

Basic glue can re-adhere a carefully broken seal.

But to show how really stupid you are, an honest person /mother has to break the seal to determine if the formula was fake or not.
Well Stupid, most formula actually comes in cans that have foil sealed tops. When you open them, it actually tears the tamper proof seal from the edges of the top. Kind of like old school pull tab cans. As for the new plastic containers, they use plastic seals that are vacuum and heat sealed. This stretches the seal so that when it is pulled off, even if it comes in one piece, it wrinkles and disfigures. You can’t glue it back on. Manufacturers have considered all this a long time ago to keep people from resealing packages. So for someone to return an opened can and then it be resold requires multiple people to not pay attention at all.

I used to have a job refurbishing returned products that were resold at Walmart.

You can think the Tylenol tampering case in Chicago for that. What I don't get is how a man is on Florida death row for poisoning his neighbors with tampered Coke bottles. It happened in Alturas, FL.

The Coca-Cola thing happened in Florida. Convicted killer's name is George Trepal. He was found guilty of killing Peggy Carr with thallium, a metal used in rat poison. Peggy died a torturous death. Thallium kills rats fairly quickly through pain and exhaustion. It does not work on humans so efficiently.
