I just opened a beer. Stuffed bell peppers almost ready. Yes I'm cooking dat again! Lolol.

This time, outside on the porch in the electric roaster oven, so I don't heat this place up. It's still 91 and almost dark.

My doctor told me to drink a lot of water to avoid getting more kidney stones. Supposedly, the clearer the urine, the better. But drinking that much fluid kind of puts a crimp in any travel plans.

Not enough water shrinks your red blood cells and your blood flow slows down...setting you up for a brain stroke or for a heart stroke ("attack", IOW) if you are already compromised. The best thing to have lying around...and USE...is a blood pressure unit. Look at your heart rate. Dehydration will speed it up. If you are around 60 BPM at rest...you are adequately hydrated.

I agree with the doctor. I know because I learned this from personal observation. More on this later.
