This is why the FOUNDATION of government is so vitally important. When you have a system that has a BIG SEAT....someone will fill it, and, that someone isn't going to be keen on walking away (Which is an INCREDIBLY rare event in history. Human beings hardly ever willingly "walk away" from power....), and surrendering power.

What is even worse, is that in such societies, former rulers (as well as their families and supporters) who once sat in the BIG SEAT are often targeted by new powers, either out of spite, greed or paranoia. (JUST as with organized crime.....)

But, what is worst of all, is that there are so many in North America who actually WANT that kind of system, and, are working to bring it here.....
Good points, Matey. When DIDN'T China have an Emperor, anyway?
If you don't practice...you'll sound like it. And, if you don't tune, your life will sound like it, too. Listen to the intervals. That's where it all hides from you.....

China tried ECONOMIC liberation, first. Which at first was a very astute plan - it allowed the populace to sample some of the better things in life. Gave them aspirations. Brought the people, and the government, wealth.

But eventually there would be this impasse - where the economically-liberated peasants demanded their political freedoms. And totalitarianism is not like economic failure - when there is no bread, there can be no choice but to move to a system where it's possible to make bread.

But totalitarianism is very beneficient to the small Elite Class; and they are not easily dissuaded. More likely they will clamp down economically. So, the privation, the hunger, builds. It postpones revolution for another decade or so.

Likely that's what's going to happen. Meantime, to distract the populace, expect an expansionist war from China. Maybe Taiwan; maybe even Japan. If the USA devolves into civil war, our Chinese friends will be RIGHT THERE.
That's why I claim they have faux capitalism. Currency manipulation, theft of patents and copyrights, counterfeit goods, product dumping, one party rule, no unionisation, an enslaved workforce, no world parity pay and conditions, censorship, no care for the environment...all geared to attract avaricious business entities to take full advantage of it all. That ain't capitalism. In reality...it's fascism. 89M people own everything...including the government.

    One of many examples:

    The Fourth Turning

The theory that every twenty years in human history plays out similar to a season. A rise. A period of prosperity. Then a period where trouble manifests, and then a period when it all collapses in chaos. An 80-year cycle.

The Wikipukeia article is highly critical and misrepresents it, but it gives someone a place to start. Unlike astrology, which the pukes at Wiki compare it to, this seems to be documented with events. However it comes to happen.

What was going on 80 years ago? A prolonged depression caused by the influence of Western European and American socialists. Engineered famine in the Model Utopia, the USSR. Japan building its war machine. Germany and Italy slaughtering those European nation-states that dared resist, as well as Jews everywhere who did not resist.

We're entering into similar chaos, today. From similarly disconnected sources, but right on cue.
