Here's the link folks. I was an Equifax customer at time of breach, but don't think I suffered any negative results. Not necessary to have suffered though, and if you did spend time/money fixing things that may have been caused by the breach, you can make that claim there too.

do it Virgil. tell us how it worked out for you. im sure itll settle before the time limit has expired for us.
This is simply a matter of going online, filling out a few things, and getting a check for $125.00. It is not a trick. I am not scamming you. This is simple and direct.

My coworkers told me, and I then told my family. This is hilarious that certain people aren't accepting a check.

says i have until nov 19, 2019 to opt out for a greater class action law suit.
says until the court grants these terms that equifax has agreed to, you get nothing.
i will retain my goal of the 20k instead of settling for the buck twentyfive

There's a limit of 10 hours at $25 an hour on any claims and you have to provide proof of an identity theft. Take the $125 and be happy
Progressivism is not progressive. Oppression is ended and equality is achieved not by advancing anyone but by retarding the achievements of some.

Social justice is punitive, not restorative. No one is restored under a progressive system, but people are often punished in order to guarantee equal outcome.

A wise man can learn more from a foolish answer than a fool can learn from a wise answer.

you wanna be a repeat customer of theirs? go ahead.
They are not asking for anything. They are settling a lawsuit. They probably owe you $125.00. That is the end of it.

    Wrong twice.

First, your data has to correspond with their records of data that was stolen. They identify by the last six digits of your SSN and your last name.

    I was disqualified there.

Second, their repayment is THEIR CREDIT PROTECTION SERVICE. If you already HAVE a credit-protection service, you can THEN get in line and wait for the check.
