It's obvious both of those cases were highly dysfunctional and tragic.

This is from a series of short animated videos that are compiled from actual real-life stories.

BIG potential for an irreversible mistake to be made, something that child may not realize until later.

There might be gender dysphoria with this child but it's already clear that the parents are going to interfere with this child figuring it out for themself. I hope to God they at least wait a good long time before any sex reassignment surgery.
There are actual transgender women who made the decision for themselves who regret getting the realignment surgery because of it's side effects, and sometimes less than desireable appearance. Your body literally will treat your new genitalia as an open wound for a very long time possibly the rest of your life.

Well, the hormones, and the hormone blockers (micro-penis), can mess a child up so much that there's no real going back.
After all that, it's pretty much full steam ahead.

I might be batshit but I'm still not batshit enough to pay $30,000 or more for a lifetime of infections from a self-inflicted wound. And I know I'm not the only one who feels that way. SRS is often not the route many trans people take, and for good reason.

This is a really really common story, very often trans girls who get the realignment surgery find themselves even more depressed than before. I think a lot of it has to do with the fact that it's as far as you can go in transitioning and more often and not the results are disappointing at best and a health hazard at worst.
And I can speak from experience that severe depression can make it so that you feel uneasy in your body regardless of how you identify. I still have my times of doubt, but I've come to realize that they are directly related to my mental state and how depressed I am.

I haven't the slightest clue as to how we've gone this crazy........
If you don't practice...you'll sound like it. And, if you don't tune, your life will sound like it, too. Listen to the intervals. That's where it all hides from you.....

Liberalism depends on the mental/emotional instability of subjects, to seize and hold power.

A successful, productive citizen, protected by stable law, living under self-government...does not NEED government keepers. Unstable, chaotic societies and unstable, demented subjects, DO.

It's simple, when you understand what is driving this.

First, the insularity of the Elite Political Class. They no longer associate with any but their own.

Second, the gradual moral bankruptcy of society. Now, nothing can be labeled as Wrong.

Third, the Elites' unwavering focus on MOAR POWER. And their success, in areas that ARE chaotic. Like California and coastal Oregon. So it works; nothing is wrong; they never hear a naysaying voice...they're narcissistic and self-absorbed...so they push this madness.
