They drag those tiny children thousands of miles enduring heat, rain, fatigue, lack of decent food and then put the blame on the USA when they arrive in poor condition. Poor child.

Guatemalan mother brings AOC to tears with account of harrowing conditions at border detention facilities

WASHINGTON — In powerful testimony before the House Oversight Committee that brought Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez to tears, Yazmin Juárez described the conditions on the U.S. border with Mexico that led to the death of her 19-month-old daughter Mariee in May 2018.

A native of Guatemala, the 21-year-old Juárez was detained by Customs and Border Protection agents in March 2018 as she sought asylum in the United States. Juárez has alleged that Mariee became sick during that detention. The little girl died of a respiratory infection several weeks later in New Jersey, where Juárez traveled after being released from custody. Her mother has since filed suit.

“The trip was dangerous,” Juárez said in the opening of her testimony. “But I was more afraid of what might have happened to us if we stayed.” She said her hopes for “a better, safer life” in the United States were dashed as she watched her “baby girl die painfully and slowly”

BULL SHIT when is enough, enough we can't save the world and all of it's children, who venture out for a better life---- this AOC woman will probably blame Americans and AMERICA....damn-it we didn't cause her death.
James 1:19 says, "Let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath." Being “slow to speak” is the exact opposite to speaking pressingly or with urgency. Practically speaking I believe its all about getting into the habit. Wait before you speak and consider the effects of what you are going to say. Then, if you don’t have anything to say that is constructive or edifying, don’t say anything at all!

Given the crisis at the border ---- given the authority to do just what she thinks would solve the problem, what would she do? Opening the border to everyone would NOT SOLVE THE current problem. IMO it would make the problem a NEVER ENDING one & she's full-of- shit if she thinks other wise.

Orientation. (The word I couldn't think of yesterday.) So anyway, O'Crazio skips orientation, then blames Pelosi for not knowing what her responsibilities are, nor even that she has any, for that matter.

Leave it to Oh Batty One, (oops, best clarify - O'Crazio), to announce that to the world.

And seeing as her constituents' median income has been brought up, ain't no way her opponent is going to allow them to forget that they'd be in much better financial shape right now had it not been for her whopping stupidity.
This message has been hidden because CNN is on your ignore list.

When you are dead, you don't know that you are dead.
It is difficult only for the others.
It is the same when you are stupid.

Just look at how socialistic all of the democrat candidates are. I've never seen anything like it before. They all have the same values - everything we think is bad, is good with them.

It continues to stun me that they welcome islam into our country!

Pelosi's views may not differ that much from those 4 newbies, but she knows they are doing harm by constantly ranting about it. Letting 'the cat out of the bag' so to speak.

Experienced people keep quiet and work towards their goal while the very young publicly scream 'hurry, hurry, we're all gonna die'.

[….sorry, just my late morning rant...]

I'm not that concerned/worried about those individuals -- I'm more concerned with my fellow-Americans that voted these people into our system & there mindset (s)

I'm concerned about them because many of them "were, presently are, or hoping to be" running our country. They either 'had, have or may have' the power that rules us.

As to 'fellow voters', you can't ever be sure of how someone votes. I once had someone agree with me for months and then I later learned they had lied about who they voted for. Many of we conservatives kept quiet about our support for Trump and that's why it was so shocking to the dems when he won.

I hear you -- I'm not ashamed to say I voted for the first time (72 YO) in my life & that person wasn't A lying typical politician & I'll vote for him again.
