From what I’ve read, his addiction probably stemmed from his doctors trying to treat his Parkinson’s. They were shooting him up with a cocktail of things with the meth.

Works great for it's intended use.

Remember the "white cross" ephedra pills at gas stations years ago? A meth cooks dream these days. Off the market.

"Mormon tea" is made from a grass containing ephedra. No wonder those Mormons are milking the cow at 4:30 am!
I'd need some amphetamines too, if I had multiple wives .

The problem with that is amphetamines can lead to ED. So you’d have all this extra energy and not be able to use it.

Yes, I dealt with this problem when my mother was dying. She had pulmonary fibrosis and was on full-time oxygen. She had a lot of problems breathing through her nose so had to use over the counter Pseudoephedrine. I was limited to what I could buy. I was always juggling the pills and trying to use sprays to help offset it.

The whole time I did this, watching my mother suffer, I thought, why do druggies and criminals force us to punish the people in true need. I don't care if someone uses meth and dies, their choice, don't punish good people for an idiots choice!

I won't even get into the fights I had with her doctor over her anxiety medication. He was worried that his monthly output would flag him with the government. Her brain was in a constant state of fight or flight because she was not getting enough oxygen, so she needed the anxiety medication to keep her calm. Just thinking about it makes me mad.

Thankfully, I was able to get her on Hospice and they cut through all that crap in one day, and she had what she needed. They went in and took her records from her doctor, who refused to cooperate, and told him he no longer had a say in anything.

Nothing but respect for Hospice. They are now one of the charities (I am not sure if they are a charity or not but I give them money) I donate to twice a year.

The documentary states how the British lost 70 percent of their troops fighting the Germans in Africa.

    What were the losses earlier?

If a Mormon showed up at church with a number of wives he would be excommunicated very fast.

Coke weenee is terrible! Now, I only tried cocaine a couple of times and decided never again. First, cocaine makes you feel amazing, best high ever, everything is right in the world, it is like the best booze buzz you have ever had times a thousand. But, that only lasts about a half hour to an hour, and then you feel terrible. I mean, really terrible, and for hours. Add in that your penis will stop working... No thanks.
