And people are free to travel.

But to drive a car, you have to have a state driver's license.

If you want to walk, you're free to. But if you're within city limits, their laws on vagrancy still apply.

    As they always have.

That guy is about to learn an important life lesson. He may not run into the cops again for a week or a month or a year, but he will end up paying for his little game. Plus, now every time he drives he will be worried that a cop will pull him over for something stupid and he will go straight to jail.

The best part of the video was in the beginning when the cop says "Hey Antonio" and then starts rattling off the guy's information. You see the look on his face is "Oh Shit!" and then he starts saying "that's not me, that's not me".

Yeah, I was surprised that none of the police that spoke with him pointed out that he is free to travel. The firdst one tried to by saying he was operating a motor vehicle, but he did not make his point very clearly. Of course, he was probably too busy trying to figure out if this guy was for real or part of a hidden camera show.

Anyway they have translated that into not requiring a drivers license even though that was about freedom to move & not about mode of transportation. Basically it's a demonstration of people reading a statement & broadening it out to become whatever they want. It was actually aimed at not having checkpoints like the British had which required a pass to go through.
I must read up on these D-bags. You know, now that I think about it, I may want to become one of these "travelers". not
