    I've never eaten craw fish but I really liked the video.....interesting to someone like me who doesn't know the first thing about harvesting craw fish.

    Fishing deepwater pillow traps in the wild is a whole nother animal though. Much harder work.Here is a crawfishermen catching some good runs. @Garden House Queen

    usually too spicey and im asked to leave anyway because they know how i eat it. just like my shrimp. everything but the tail flippers. with the crawdads i do cut off the heads first, then bite off the tail.
