WOW....seventy seven. Don't the years just shoot by.
Sarah Sanders doesn't often mop the White House Press Corp Floor...but when she does, she uses Jim Acosta.

There is no American free press. They're bought and paid for.

The Devil whispered in Trump's ear and said, 'You're not strong enough to withstand the storm". President Trump whispered back, "i am The Storm"!

    and Epstein didn't kill himself.

I actually never paid any attention to the Pre-Fab Four.

They were in our face for a short time, and then slipped away to a well-deserved oblivion. Not unlike New Kids On The Block, twenty years later.

Hope he lived well with what money he had for a moment, there.

Imagine the uproar these days if the Monkeys had been an all black band.

Rest in peace. Used to watch it on Saturday mornings.

    I always liked the Monkees.

Mickey Dolenz was a MUCH better singer than he ever got credit for. I think he could have been the lead for another band. (He was FAR better than Davy Jones, who was the "cute" one....)

Michael Nesbit is a big time music producer, these days (Although I think he mostly does folk and country.)

They actually had some very good songs, in my opinion.

No, not the Beatles, nowhere close.

But still, far better than many give them credit for, today...
Al Swearengen: What's your partner so mad about all the time?
    Sol Star: He's not mad.
Al Swearengen: He's got a mean way of being happy.

I never realized how hokey it was. But it was cute.

I don't know....do you think it had any subliminal messages that infect the culture today. Remember three's company. I think we all recognize the message in that one.

The Monkees were always better to me than the morbid Beatles. And perhaps the Monkees was a pre-cursor to Iron Maiden.
