    Pork Steak Packets

One pork steak to each packet.
Season steak on both sides with Creole seasoning.
One large onion sliced across the grain(like onion rings) into 4 slices.
Place onion on top of steak first.

From here it's up to you. Any veggie you like. I was limited to onion, potato, turnip, a little bell pepper, and I added a cupla slices of lemon.

Sweet potato, parsnips, carrots, cabbage, tomato, green beans, and even apple slices work good.
I used soy sauce and Crystal Hot Sauce on top as liquid starters, but wine or any marinade will do.

This can be done in a casserole dish for easier prep. Then, covered.
However, when using the foil packets more time is needed to wrap each one(4 times/you don't want a blowout) but there are no dishes to wash after you eat.

Works great with just veggies too.

I use that method with Fish. Some zucchini with a compound Butter of Garlic, Lemon pepper and S&P.
