    A lengthy electrical arc

    It doesn't say where it was filmed but the language makes me think not America meaning also not up to code, as this arc is flashing I guarantee it's because there's still a draw on the service from everyone down line and without working overloads you get this:



    As opposed to WORKING overloads



    There was still a draw on it, and the arc was using the air as the conductor but still it went dead much faster than the Pablo's system.

    I've seen pictures of Brazil where the electrical lines are spliced here there and everywhere, people might have a meter, they might not, pop cans are crushed and used to make fuses, I am definitely in favor of a lot of the regulations we have in these areas, just not all of them.
