They know how to fix it, just take the zeroes off and play make believe.
Yep, I'd wrap that in bacon!

I propose the term "red henning" henceforth be used to refer to any stupid business decisions.

    That's a social program.

Socialist is a political social program based on distribution and providing some type of relative equality.
Socialism doesn't strive for equality... that's egalitarianism.

Socialism is socializing profits and costs whereas capitalism is privatizing profits while socializing costs.

Thatís not semantics, thatís political science.
It's always semantics since no one has consistent definitions.

Socialism is a range of economic and social systems characterised by social ownership and workers' self-management of the means of production[10] Socialism - Wikipedia

To get to a true definition, you have to identify the fundamental differences between polar ways of viewing the world, which are: individualism and collectivism (nationalism and globalism, confederates and union, capitalists and socialists, it's all the same philosophy under different names.)

I could look it up in 2 seconds, so not knowing is as irrelevant as the distinction between the two. They're both social programs.

It's not about what is owed or believing we are entitled, but recognizing that the only reason we're slaving is to benefit the few.

It's not a right to have a subsistence form of living, but to not have that luxury just to enrich the elites is intolerable and inhuman. You don't see that?

So then the next objection is entitlements make folks lazy. There's no evidence of that and quite opposite actually.

Then you'll rehash the argument that redistribution takes from the most productive and gives to the unproductive. There is no way one human can be 400x better at anything than the average human, so that argument holds no water. Look no farther than John Stumpf or Trump to see a gross misappropriation of resources.

What it finally boils down to in the end when we finally get to the nuts and bolts about what conservatives value is the desire to hold others down as a means to lift themselves up. It's the war on the poor... it's the social comparison. It's this video.

    Start at 10:22

Conservatives are cutting off their own hand just to be able to cut off the arm of some snot-nosed punk who may be getting something for nothing, as illustrated perfectly in that video.

No one here is a billionaire and you'd all be benefiting by social policies, but you just can't stand someone getting something for nothing and you hate the idea so much that you'd hurt yourself just to hurt them more.

In the video, when the kids get older, they don't get more philanthropic, but they get smarter and realize there is a camera in the room and therefore to be socially superior is to be more generous on camera. But the basic desire for social comparison is still there, it's just some are more simian than others and we call those conservatives.

I know a guy with a daughter of his own who married a woman with a son. He hates the spoiled brat so much that he makes his own daughter suffer just to spite that lazy ass kid. And he admits it proudly! He's a devout gun-toten conservative willing to throw his own daughter under the bus just to get a shot at that kid. If that ain't evil, I don't know what is.

That is probably why Noam Chomsky said "Republican Party is the most dangerous organisation in human history" Noam Chomsky: Republican Party is the most dangerous organisation in human history | The Independent
