Can choose restrooms and sports teams that fluctuate day to day depending on your gender mood at five years of age?

The homosexual agitators want to get little kids comfortable with the idea of playing with each others' parts in the toilet - from an early age. Makes for more receptive access when they put the move on their victims.

You are gonna have some SERIOUSLY DISTURBED kiddies there, if this crap isn't stopped.

I don't know, but if you go to Colorado, you can legally smoke it anytime you want within the state.

Yeah. There's something to smile about...you can fry your brains for all your life, wallow in a marijuana altered state...and just go through the motions and demand MORE! GOVERMENT! BENNIES!

Neither should be prohibited. Progressives like to prohibit choices. Do you like to see choices prohibited?

Or if you really want to marinate your liver, you can drink legally in every state.

You're clear of booze in hours. And while you're intoxicated, you reek of it - everyone can see you're drunk and remove you from work, car, public.

You're clear of marijuana in weeks - if ever; most smokers are regular users. And it takes a practiced eye to distinguish the chronically stoned from the stupid. Nope, you can't just go home and let it wear off - unless you can sit at home for a month or more.

Legalize both? Sure. WHEN we can KEEP THE STONED FROM VOTING, DRAWING GOVERNMENT MONEY, OR RISKING OTHER PEOPLE'S LIVES IN THE WORKPLACE.

Since we're not willing to make the hard choices to keep the stoned from voting stupid and living on the dole, we need to do what societies dating back to the Chinese have done: Keep intoxicants OUT of public reach.

Thanks for making it clear that the war on drugs is a progressive attack on choices.

As for the Chinese, they had good reason for it. If your peasant drinks or smoke opium, they don't work and support your lavish lifestyle of privilege.

No mention of the Trust Act. That will really blow the conservative tops off here.

WASHINGTON -- California Gov. Jerry Brown (D) signed a bill on Saturday limiting the state's cooperation with federal immigration authorities, a rebuke of a major Obama administration enforcement policy that has led to record deportations from the state.

As the Congress stalls on immigration reform, action continues in the states, and advocates and politicians in California hope they can serve as an example of how to do it right.

“While Washington waffles on immigration, California’s forging ahead,” Brown said in a press release after signing the legislation into law. "I’m not waiting.”
The new California law, known as the Trust Act, limits the state's cooperation with Secure Communities, a federal program that allows the Department of Homeland Security to access fingerprints taken by local police, to screen detained individuals for immigration status and to request that law enforcement agencies hold them if they're found to be undocumented.

After the fact, you will rue the day.

But that does you, or us, no good. The genie cannot be put back in the bottle; and - you can quote me on this - open use of marijuana and republican democracy with a welfare state, are COMPLETELY INCOMPATIBLE.

It's almost certainly too late. Colorado and Washington are on that road; and a self-governing people cannot be a people chronically impaired by hallucinogenic drugs.

I think that many American's have come to the realization that marijuana, much like alcohol cannot be stopped and its better to regulate it and make money off of it as opposed to spending huge sums of money on trying to keep it off the streets this substance that people will continue to find regardless of how tough the government tries to make it to obtain.
