    Eric Clanton

Don't forget Eric Clanton, the Antifa Terrorist. Apparently, the hope is that if his trial is delayed for years we will forget. I won't.

Former adjunct professor Eric Clanton’s pretrial date changed The Inquirer

Former Diablo Valley College adjunct professor Eric Clanton’s pretrial was moved after initially being set for Feb. 22.

Clanton was arrested in May 2017 for the April 2017 protests in Berkeley where an individual wearing a mask assaulted attendees of the “Patriot Rally” with a bike lock.

In May of 2017, Clanton was charged with four felony counts of assault with a deadly weapon and one misdemeanor offense of wearing a mask to avoid identification.

Clanton’s lawyer, Dan Siegel said that Clanton plead not guilty to all the charges.

The pretrial has been moved to April 5 at 9 a.m. at the René C. Davidson Courthouse in Oakland.

Oh, it's in Oakland is it?

He's got nothing to worry about.

That part of the country let a murdering wetback get away with killing a young American girl.

I really do hope Trump sends in the Army to restore law and order up there.

Sooner of later, the only true justice will have to be meted out by the people, as the courts will likely fail them.

I telephoned the Alameda County Courthouse this morning to learn about the cowardly college lecturer's case.

He has been charged with four felony counts of assault with a deadly weapon, one felony count PC12022.9(a) special circumstances, and a misdemeanor of wearing a mask to evade identification.

He was released on $100,000 bond May 26, 2017 subject to a restraining order which the clerk was unable to open or describe.

His trial is set for 9:00 AM, June 12 in Department 11 of Oakland Courthouse.

His case number is 17-CR-016561. Eric Michael Clanton.

I may fly up there just for something to do to amuse myself. I pray that this miserable coward gets at least a year in jail.

Eric Clanton trial is scheduled to begin at 9:15 AM today.
It was delayed by insane parade yesterday in Oakland.
    Details to follow.
There is a website put up by one of his fiends to raise money for his defense. To date, it has collected $0.00.

Eric The Cowardly Antifa Attacker Clanton has had his trial moved to June 26. Delay, delay, delay.

If you were innocent, wouldn't you want to get the matter resolved? I would. I took on the city prosecutor once in a drummed up, trivial criminal matter when I was assaulted by a city employee in a city office. They tried me for criminal trespass, and offered a deal of "probation" if I admitted guilt. No defense attorney for me. I took them all on and could see from the faces of the jury that the prosecution was a joke. The prosecutor couldn't even get the charges correct. She cut off part of the code in her charges. I pointed this out to the judge and she was pissed! "Fix this now, she told the prosecutor." In thirty minutes of deliberation, the next day, they returned a not guilty verdict. It had been a full day trial. State's attorney approached me and said "You did a good job." Not only that, but the police withheld recordings I requested. They lied and said "The recorder ate the tape."
