My favorite Michael Jackson song is Billie Jean, and here's his best performance of the song, IMO. Come on, everybody loves the moon walk!

Can't support a pedophile.

Then don't. What does this have to do with Michael Jackson?

You're a lot cooler than your husband. Just thought I'd let you know that, haha.

He was a very sad, troubled man. Now he's dead and gone. I think we can enjoy his music without approving of his lifestyle.

He was a very sad, troubled man. Now he's dead and gone. I think we can enjoy his music without approving of his lifestyle.

I think we can also understand that his lifestyle was a result of an irregular childhood. Fame and money came way too quickly, too easily, and the patience, character, and virtue that are honed through the austerity and vicissitudes of normal life were tragically absent. Michael Jackson lived a life of no consequences because he was never allowed to experience them. So his childish demeanor and imprudent choices were the visible symptoms of untried, unseasoned character. No I can't approve of his lifestyle, but I can at least understand it.

He had an unpleasant childhood to be sure...but then so do a lot of other people and they don't behave as Jackson did. I think he was sane up to a point in his life and then it spiraled out of control. That video above...i think he was still sane. Know what i think did it? The insane worship with which his fans showered on him and those around him. He could do no wrong, he was wonderful,, he was above all others. He started believing it.
